  Hidden frame curtain wall hides sub-frame in the rabbet of the joist. The effect of exposed frames, hidden frames and semi-hidden frames in indoor visual area is concordant. Meanwhile, it also solve the common problem of traditional hidden frame that sub-frame is not on the same level with the joist due to the error of machining installation.

 Compared with traditional open-ended profile, the crossbeam is closed-ended profile, which is not easy to be out of shape under the effect of panel weight.

④Optimizing Surface Treatment of Sub-frame

Glass sub-frame doesn’t need special surface treatment. Because sub-frame is hidden in the rabbet of joist, whatever the joist uses any surface treatment and the sub-frame still uses anodizing.

⑤Convenient the Connect Way of Main Column and Crossbeam

  The back-end of the crossbeam uses stainless spring bolt. The front-end uses aluminium connector and have an effective connection with the main column spring bolt and the connector are pressed together, which reduces the crossbeam deformation led by the weight of the board. Meanwhile, it also solves the problem that the closed-ended crossbeam needs to be installed.
