中色股份总承包越南多农45万吨电解铝项目一期投产仪式隆重举行
On the morning of July 26, the commissioning ceremony for the first phase of the Vietnam Da Nong 450,000-ton-per-year electrolytic aluminum project was solemnly held at the project site. National leaders including Phan Van Giang, member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense, and Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, as well as provincial government officials including the Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, attended the celebration. Tan Yaoyu, General Manager of China Nonferrous Metal Mining Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the commissioning ceremony and delivered a keynote speech.
Deputy Prime Minister Phan Van Giang pointed out that the birth of Vietnam's first aluminum ingot product is a significant milestone, marking that Vietnam has officially mastered the ability to produce aluminum metal independently, realizing the extension of the aluminum industry chain to downstream products, and opening a new chapter in the development of Vietnam's aluminum industry.
General Manager Tan Yaoyu stated that China Nonferrous Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (CNMC) was fortunate to have built Vietnam's first copper smelter and is now participating in the construction of Vietnam's first electrolytic aluminum plant, which is a great honor and source of pride. The successful production of aluminum from this project fills the industrial gap in Vietnam's self-production of primary aluminum, is a benchmark project for cooperation between the two countries, and a significant milestone in the history of Sino-Vietnamese economic and trade cooperation.
The project has a total planned annual production capacity of 450,000 tons of primary aluminum, with the first phase having a planned capacity of 150,000 tons. As the general contractor, China Nonferrous Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (CNMC) fully leveraged its resource coordination capabilities, overcame numerous difficulties, and successfully produced the first batch of primary aluminum on July 14, 50 days ahead of the contract schedule, setting a new record for the fastest completion of a large-scale electrolytic aluminum EPC project in Southeast Asia.
During construction, China Nonferrous Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (CNMC) faced multiple complex challenges, including disruptions to cross-border material transportation and high-temperature construction during Vietnam's long rainy season. Leveraging its advantages in EPC full-chain management, CNMC collaborated with multiple partners, including the Northeastern University Design Institute, Guizhou Construction Investment Group, and China Fifteenth Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd., to coordinate process design, complete equipment procurement, on-site construction, commissioning and operation, and technical training. Prior to the commissioning ceremony, all 20 500kA electrolytic cells in workshops AB and CD had produced aluminum, achieving zero major safety and quality failures throughout the entire process from power supply to roasting to aluminum production.
The Vietnamese government and the project owner, Tran Hong Quan Metallurgical Company, highly praised China Nonferrous Metals Industry Co., Ltd.'s efficient contract performance, comprehensive metallurgical technology, and meticulous whole-process management. After the project is put into operation, it will continuously create thousands of local jobs, further improve Vietnam's industrial layout, and boost regional tax revenue and foreign trade exports.

7月26日上午，越南多农年产45万吨电解铝项目一期投产仪式在项目现场隆重举行。越共中央政治局委员、越南政府副总理兼国防部部长、中央军委副书记潘文江等国家领导，林同省委书记等省政府官员参加庆典活动。中色股份总经理谭耀宇应邀出席投产仪式并作主旨发言。
潘文江副总理指出，越南首个铝锭产品的诞生是一件意义重大的里程碑，标志着越南正式掌握了自主生产铝金属的能力，实现了铝产业链向下游产品延伸，开启了越南铝工业发展的新篇章。
谭耀宇总经理表示，中色股份曾经有幸建设了越南第一座铜冶炼厂，现在又参与建设了越南第一座电解铝厂，感到非常荣幸与自豪。本项目的成功出铝，填补了越南原铝自产的产业空白，是两国携手共进的标杆工程，更是中越经贸合作历史上浓墨重彩的传世之作。
本项目总规划年产45万吨原铝，一期规划产能15万吨。中色股份作为总承包商，充分发挥资源协调能力，克服重重困难，实现7月14日顺利产出首批原铝，较合同工期提前50天，刷新东南亚大型电解铝EPC项目履约速度纪录。
建设期间，中色股份直面跨境物资运输阻滞、越南漫长雨季高温施工等多重复杂挑战。充分发挥EPC全链条管理优势，与东北大学设计研究院、贵州建投、中国十五冶等多家合作单位协同攻坚，统筹工艺设计、成套设备采购、现场施工、调试运营、技术培训等。至投产仪式举行前，AB、CD车间20台500kA电解槽已全部出铝，实现送电—焙烧—出铝全流程零重大安全质量故障。
越南政府以及业主陈宏军冶金公司对中色股份的高效履约能力、成套冶金技术实力与精细化全过程管控水平给予高度评价。项目投产后，将持续带动属地数千就业岗位，进一步完善越南工业产业布局，拉动区域税收与外贸出口。
